About the Carnival
The Cooks Beach Summer Carnival, raises funds for Whenuakite School and is held at the Central Reserve, Cooks Beach on 4th January (every year) from 9am to 2pm.
Carnival highlights:
The Richardsons Real Estate ‘Daisy Dung Drop’ – guess where Daisy (the cow) will do her dung, and you will win $1000 – sponsored by Richardson’s Real Estate Cooks Beach and Hahei (Tickets $5)
Over 100 stalls
The Jar Throw - some amazing prizes are up for grabs!
Spin the Wheel - try your luck on our newest game with some incredible prizes
Whenuakite School Sustainable Goods and produce stall
Music & Face painting
Rides and entertainment
Food: Food trucks, mussel fritters and sausage sizzles
EFTPOS facility will be available for cash on the day, at the Fire Brigade
Richardson’s Real Estate Daisy Dung Drop
All proceeds to Whenuakite School will be targeted towards literacy and numeracy resources, building or classroom upgrades, teacher aides, new playground equipment, visiting shows, camps, trips and IT development.
